Debby Transformed 1

Debbie Collins, Head of Operations and Underwriting

Debbie joined Provira at the end of November 2022 and was Provira’s first employee. She began her career in banking at sixteen and worked her way through nearly every role, building a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and operations and becoming one of the flagship branch managers. She supported many branches who were underachieving and provided them with the tools to succeed. After many rewarding years in the banking world, she transitioned to her current role as Head of Operations and Underwriting, where the work feels far more personal and impactful. She values the close connections she builds with her clients and team and finds it rewarding to see how her efforts make a real difference every day to so many lives.

Outside of work, Debbie spends most of her time enjoying the countryside with her dog and her love of travelling. She has a passion for interior design and gained a diploma at night school to enhance this. She now spends a lot of her time improving her country home and garden. She also on occasions revisits her younger love of surfing.

Tracy Rumsey, Underwriter

Tracy’s career began in Hotel Management, working in the industry throughout Scotland. After relocating to London, she worked in a private hospital on Harley Street where she assisted patients, deepening her core values of empathy and kindness. After another move, this time to Suffolk, she began working in banking, dealing with enquires, including bereavements. From there, Tracy was approached by a former colleague to assist in setting up a new venture and was employed as Operations Director for that financial services firm. She moved to Provira in 2024 where she strives to provide exceptional customer support at what can be a very difficult time for the client.

Outside of the office, Tracy’s time is taken up coping with the chaos caused by a 19 month Labradoodle and two 18 year old cats! When she does get 5 minutes to herself, she enjoys cooking and is trying to perfect Sourdough baking.

Sharon Paddon, Underwriter

Sharon started her career in Barclays Bank at the age of 16 and brings over 30 years of financial experience and excellent customer service. Since leaving Barclays, she has worked in Finance but with Customer care, working in a school supporting families and children to a Fertility clinic supporting patients with IVF.
